Parlophone - GEP 8882 - MONO - EP - 1963
First pressing with 'THE PARLOPHONE CO LTD' & 'Recording First Published 1963' label text but without 'Sold in the UK', with intact push out centre. Half-laminated flipback sleeve, matrices 762 2N/763 1N, PT tax code by spindle hole but KT stamping in the run-out area, EX+ or NM or -M take your pick, an early pressing in wonderful condition - EX/EX
Front Cover
Its outer sleeve is in good condition, it is a fine copy that plays well, the treble is crisp and clean, the bass is full and undistorted. Sounds magnificent on the stereogram that I use to assess the surface condition.

Side 1
The vinyl is clean and sparkling with no scuffs or scratches, there is evidence of very light spindle rubbing, the audio quality is fantastic.
Side 2
I use the Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide, shown below for your reference, for grading the sleeve and vinyl separately. Sturdy thick card mailers are used for packaging.

Record Collector's Grading System
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover or any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packing might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite notable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Bad: The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection filler.
