THE BEATLES: ‘WITH THE BEATLES’ – AN ORIGINAL THIRD PRESSING 1965 UK BLACK & YELLOW PARLOPHONE 12” STEREO VINYL LP – PCS 3045.
SCARCE THIRD PRESSING BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE LABEL, RARE TITLE, NICE VINYL DISC.
The album was re- issued as a SMALL BATCH only in 1965 with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, encircled ‘P’ date 1963, with the sold in UK label reference, and ‘Made in Gt Britain’
Please note that the Vinyl weight is the same heavy quality to that of the earlier original 1963 release. In addition, the machine stamped matrix numbers are the same as the original 1963 version.
Both record labels are in undamaged Near Mint condition, showing only a few small centre spindle line on each label, – otherwise beautiful new looking record labels.
Both sides of the stunning Vinyl Disc are in superb Excellent condition - glistening, vinyl surfaces with only a few light surface hairlines.
Side 1 Matrix is: YEX 110-2 and side 2: YEX 111-2.
Side 1 stampers: 2 RP and Side 2: 1 GP.
There is an embossed KT Tax code visible on the side 2 record label.
The album plays with strong, clear sound quality through all the tracks.
The Vinyl LP comes in a lined use Emitex inner record bag which is inExcellent condition, with a 2” seam split on the bottom edge.
….And is housed in its original, front laminated, Garrod and Lofthouse Picture Sleeve with three fold over flip backs to the reverse, and small **stereo** wording to the very top front of the sleeve, with the same artwork and style as the original 1963 sleeve.
The sleeve is in onlyVery Good condition, the sleeve shows it’s age, showing just mild record indentation, and a few small manufacturing laminate pinches, the stereo wording on the front is slightly faded. The reverse panel shows age toning and a small stain, the spine edge and other edges are undamaged.
A respectable example of this briefly issued 1965 black and yellow Parlophone UK Release.
