Second pressing with dark green labels with added “An E.M.I. Recording” text to the left of the labels, above the “33⅓” and “Mfd. in U.K" text. Top opening G & L gatefold sleeve,ref - https://www.discogs.com/release/7949991-The-Beatles-The-Beatles

The sleeve Has creases, nicks and marks, a little laminate lift on spine, a slight split top rear, nice inner gatefold , not perfect but solid
The Labels are in good nick, not many usage marks, a few light scratches only and no writing
The Vinyl - There are lots of visible light scratches and marks on both LPs (see photos), and a few scrapes. LP1 also has a bit of a warp.
When I played it there were no skips , no sticks, no major issues, it plays well overall...just some background noise and pop and crackle in places, plays surprisingly well in my opinion
NB - No black inners, no poster, no portraits - just a nice top loader sleeve and the double LP, flawed, but with value
