Description
Up for auction is The Beatles "The Beatles" Mobile Fidelity MFSL 2-072 audiophile album. This well-cared for album is from my personal collection and comes from a pet-free, smoke-free, child-free home.
The records appear to be in flawless condition - I couldn't observe any scratches, dings, etc. The record cover comes with a loose-fitting plastic sleeve that has been used to store the album for the entire time that I've owned it. The cover has some very minor flaws that can only be seen with close observation, but it is still nice and white! I've played the album one time.
As an added bonus, I will also include the poster and individual photo inserts that came with the original Apple release of "The Beatles". These items are in good condition, however, each photo has one small hole at the center of the top border and the poster has holes at the corners where they were tacked onto a wall.
I will ship this item either of two ways.
Media Mail for $5. The album will be shipped in a box specifically designed for shipping LP's. There will be no padding or packaging materials between the record's outer plastic sleeve and the inner surfaces of the box.
Priority Mail for $12. In addition to the above, I will put bubble wrap around the LP shipping box and place it with crumpled newspapers for padding inside a USPS Priority Mail box.
