Description

"The Beatles" - better known as "The White Album"

I bought this album in 1968

Numbers on discs:

Disc 1 PMC 7067

 Side 1   XEX  769 – 1    Mother: 3  Stamper: TT (#99)

Side 2    XEX 710 - 1    Mother: 3  Stamper: GGD (#110)

Disc 2 PMC 7068

Side 3  XEX  711 - 1    Mother: 2  Stamper: GGM (#114)

Side 4  XEX  712 - 1    Mother: 7  Stamper: GDH (#107)

Condition of the discs is very good, based on "RECORD COLLECTOR" guide:-

“VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.”

I will be happy to answer any questions and provide more info.

For shipping, I will use cruciform corrugated cardboard 12" LP packaging with 2 extra square corrugated cardboard inserts - so, effectively there will be 4 layers of cardboard, taped tightly.

On 16-Aug-10 at 08:27:28 BST, seller added the following information:

Unfortunately, I had "engraved" my first name on the vinyl (not the playing area!) on both discs and written in pencil on the centre labels. It might not be visible in the photos, but there are holes in the corners of the poster/lyric sheet, made by drawing pins (thumb tacks).

On 17-Aug-10 at 18:43:38 BST, seller added the following information:

I will post worldwide (with insurance, if required) at rate depending upon destination.

On 19-Aug-10 at 11:32:09 BST, seller added the following information:

SUPER LOW SERIAL NUMBER ORIGINAL TOPLOADER GATEFOLD SLEEVE

On 20-Aug-10 at 21:02:40 BST, seller added the following information:

If you are outside the UK and wish to bid, please send email so that I can lift the international restriction for you - it has to be done for each bidder individually! (sorry, but ebay system won't allow me to change it on the listing)

On 21-Aug-10 at 09:54:43 BST, seller added the following information:

SORRY INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - YOU NEED TO ATTEMPT A BID (NOT JUST SEND AN EMAIL AS MENTIONED ABOVE). I CAN THEN LIFT THE RESTRICTION!
