The Beatles - Yellow Submarine (Original UK Mono LP 1st Pressing)
Rare Original U.K. Mono 1st pressing.
Labels have “An E.M.I. Recording” text on two lines and “Sold In U.K. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists” text. Publishing year printed with small copyright symbol (p).Front laminated flipback sleeve with "Made and Printed in Great Britain" on the back cover but no printer credit (covers were manufactured by Garrod and Lofthouse). The mono covers have PMC 7070 and “Also available on Stereo No. PCS 7070? in the upper right corner and red lines above and below rear sleevenote.
Includes the original black inner sleeve with a die-cut circular opening on one side to expose the Apple label.
The Vinyl is in Very Good condition. Glossy vinyl with great audio. There are some light surface marks and some light crackles in some of the quieter passages of music but overall the LP plays as excellent.
The front laminated flipback sleeve is in Excellent condition. Glossy laminate and clean, unmarked spine and edges. Just one a few spots of light foxing on the back cover and a very light stain on the top right of the back cover on the edge of the sleeve opening (see photo).
The original black paper inner sleeve is in Very Good condition. There is a 4 inch split on one edge and there is a very small numbered sticker on the top right corner of one side.
Both labels are clean and unmarked with no writing.

Grading
I grade all my records using the Record Collector's Grading System which is as follows:
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent - The record shows signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits discoloration etc.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/ or defaced.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
