Description
This is a Japanese pressing of The Beatles record “Yesterday” … and Today (US version). It was issued as #23 in the series on 07/05/1976 by Toshiba EMI LTD on black vinyl. This series was only released on black vinyl. There is a single LP in a gatefold cover with an OBI. There is also a 1 page insert with the lyrics in English and Japanese that is in excellent condition with no bends or tears. The record is from my personal collection and was initially cleaned on a VPI record vacuum using Disc Doctor fluids and treated with Last Record preservative. It was recently demagnetized and re-cleaned with an Audio Desk Ultra-sonic record cleaner.
The record was recently play graded using a Benz Micro LPS on a VPI Classic IV turntable. The record is in mint minus condition with no scuffs or scratches and plays very quietly with only 1 light tick noted on side 1 and 1 noted on side 2.
The jacket is in excellent condition with no seam splits but does have some slight compression in the lower right corner and there is a cutout hole punched through the OBI, jacket, and insert. The OBI is in excellent condition with no tears. The insert has a slight crease. There is slight yellowing of the jacket.
