Description
The Beatles collection of recordings. Dr Ebbetts set of mono original albums (and a couple of stereo ones), all the US & British compilation albums & soundtrack recordings. Vigotone, Peg Boy, Spank, Silent Sea, Darth Disc, Repro Man, Yellow Dog, Secret Trax, Beat, Back Track et al...
I personally collected these discs over the past 25 years or so. I bought all of the Ebbetts recordings from the good doctor directly ( I can provide email correspondence for the hard-core collector), purchased most of the Vigo & Vigo-related discs from the vigotone website (you can still find it on the net...), and can state with authority that to the best of my (albeit somewhat limited) knowledge, these are all 'original' boots...
I based all of my purchases on Doug Sulpy's fine books...especially the "Core Collection" portions of his tomes...
If you are interested in anything specifically, email me BEFORE pulling the trigger...I will do my best to rest your mind regarding 'authenticity'.
I WILL NOT separate the collection except as follows:
I will sell the Ebbetts material separately. I willl sell the VIgo & Vigo-related material separately.
PLEASE make your decision to buy based on consideration of the following:
The recordings contained herein are available for FREE on the web. The artwork, packaging & overall high-level professionalism & sonic quality of these collections is 2nd to none. These make a great statement, and are all in EXCELLENT overall condition. I played the discs once, to archive them digitally. After that, they were stored & NEVER played again. I inspected each disc before posting them, and they ALL play perfectly EXCEPT as follows: I will include a copy of another boot entitled "Northwest Nights' on the DarthDisc label because there are a couple of tracks on the 'Atlanta Munich Seattle' disc that won't play properly on older computers or CD players. The 'Northwest Nights' disc has the songs in question...
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: these are unofficial recordings. They are available on the web. I am offering this set as a collection because it is a fantastic archive of artwork, pictures & recordings that encapsulates a significant period in our musical history. I have done my best to ensure that the source materiial is ORIGINAL (REMEMBER: these are BOOTS) as far as their original issue.
If you are an avid collector, you will know this material.
PLEASE contact me if you need additional info. You can find me at the worldwide web dot erakare dot com or on facebook, youtube, instagram et al under Erakare Recording...
ACTUAL SHIPPING CALCULATED AT AUCTION END...I can ship without the CD cases if you want to reduce weight...
