Within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract, the Customer must pay the price, as expressly indicated in par. 4.
Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale With the transmission of the order form, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in relations with the Seller, the General Conditions of Sale.
With the transmission of the order form the Customer confirms to know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on the Site, including those relating to privacy and to the processing of personal data.
Terms of payment
Right of withdrawal and return procedure The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with the Seller within 10 working days from the delivery of theArticle, without any penalty and / or need to give any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send within 10 working days from the date of receipt of theArticle, by registered letter with return receipt (to the following address: Claudio Fornasieri SRL, Via Lanino 5 bis / B, 10152 Turin), a communication in which he expressly declares that he wishes to withdraw from the sales contract and that he wishes to return the purchased goods. within the next 48 hours.
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must provide - at its own care and expense - for the return to Seller of the Goods purchased, by sending it to Seller within 5 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal. Sending must be made to the address of Seller as specified above for all types of goods.
In order to make the return, the Articles purchased must reach the above address intact, properly packaged and equipped with regular delivery notes. Consequently, they will not be accepted as a return Articles damaged and / or without the relevant delivery notes.
The transport costs inherent in the return are however borne by the Customer.
Shipments to be paid by the recipient will not be accepted. It is not possible to change theArticle or the Articles of the order with others. Return shipments made in ways other than those indicated above, which are the only ones authorized, will not be accepted.
Once theArticle returned arrived at the destination, the Seller checks the legitimacy of the return and, having verified the correctness of the operations, will send to Customer a confirmation email. The sums paid will be re-credited through the system with which the payment was made. Re-credit usually takes place within 5 days.
Guarantees and indication of the prices of Articles The essential characteristics of the Articles are presented on the Site, within a specific product sheet. The images and colors of the Articles offered for sale on Site however, they may not correspond to the real ones, due to the effect of the Internet browser and the monitor used. All dimensions shown are approximate.
Given the nature and the period of realization, the Articles offered for sale, the same may present signs of wear, damage, restoration, repairs and other imperfections. In the description of the Articles, with the following expressions are intended as wear of time.
References about the state of the Articles therefore contained in the descriptions cannot be considered exhaustive; written reports on the state of the Articles are available for a fee for Customer.
