Record VG+ The vinyl has an excellent gloss with a few soft needle marks on each side. The overall sound quality is outstanding with virtually no surface noise whatsoever. There is, however, a short mark at the very beginning of the first track on side 2 ("Tennessee") that causes a handful of skips during the first half minute or so. The labels are sharp, with the only real blemish being a tiny smudge on side 1, just before "Carl Perkins", as you can see in the photo.
Cover VG The front has a touch of ring wear at the top but is otherwise very clean. The back shows a few spots of wear with some mild rub marks and other bits of light discoloration that detract somewhat from the appearance. However, the back is mostly quite clean and all the liner text is clear. Each seam has been neatly clear taped. The spine remains entirely legible.
