Description

Here’s an original 1959 LP of “Chantilly Lace” by The Big Bopper, his only LP released before his untimely death on February 3rd, 1959, AKA: The Day The Music Died.
Condition:
Record: G
Overall light on scratches, but there is a cluster of them on “Someone Watching Over You” (perhaps someone didn’t like this track?) Fortunately, they look worse than they actually are, only causing some minor crunching surface noise when played. Otherwise, the record plays great, with only some light surface noise.
Cover: G
Some moderate creasing, writing on the back cover, spitting to the top right corner, and the back cover slick is starting to peel. Otherwise, the cover is in decent shape.
Not a perfect copy, but a perfectly fine playing copy of a rare rockabilly classic!
