Description
Dark red label with silver text, deep groove, original mono. 10 tracks. Dennis Sandole, guitar; Adolph Sandole, arranger; Sonny Russo, trombone; Clem DeRosa, drums; George Barrow, baritone sax; Art Farmer, tgrumpet; Teo Macero, tenor sax; John La Porta, alto sax; Al Del Governaturel, piano; Milt Hinton, bass(on 4 tracks) and Wendell Marshall, bass(on 6 tracks); John La Porta, alto sax. Very hard-to-find.
Cover: VG++ Intact and clean. Minor soil and minor aging on both sides. HJeavy cardboard jacket.
Record: VG++ Visually shows no wear. There are a few, light discoloration marks on the vinyl which do not effect the sound. There is a short interval of slight groove noise at the end of Track 1, Side 1, some crackling on Track 3, Side 2. A few clicks on Track 4, Side 2. The record appears to have been played only a very few times and the noise described seems to be in the pressing and not a function of wear. Most of the record plays with no surface noise. Moderately heavy vinyl. Audibly checked.
