Description
A UK 1st pressing on the CBS label from 1968. Matrix A1/B1. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original Ernest J Day printed cover. Please note there's a stereo sticker on the rear which is also indicative of an early copy. Also included is the original CBS advertising inner sleeve.
Vinyl (Ex+) In superb shape and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet. The audio comes across with great clarity and barely a hint of interference. We didn't more than a couple of crackles [literally] the whole way through. These light acoustic numbers are delivered with excellent precision and detail. And will knock the socks off later reissues...
Cover (Ex) Beautiful condition and only exhibits light handling wear. Lovely shiny front cover and a rear largely free from fading. Edge wear is light except for on the spine where some of the lettering has worn off [not worn through]. The cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex+) Remarkable condition. Perfectly intact - no rips or markings.
