COMMENTS: Rare original white label promo copy of this cool 1967 Girl Group LP. It's a pretty eclectic record recorded at L.A.'s Gold Star Studio which was Phil Spector's main studio. That said it's a mix of Spector influenced Girl Group tracks, some baroque Pop Psych tracks and some great New Orleans influenced tracks due to the production by Charles Greene & Brian Stone (Dr John the Night Tripper's producers) and arrangements by New Orleans legend Harold Battiste. Quite a mix of session players including some of the Gold Star Wrecking Crew and New Orleans cats (see pics above)
Please see pics for session info. Email me if you can't read them and require more info
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
