Description

Up for auction is this copy of the Cars "The Cars" Nautilus Superdisc NR14. This version was released in 1981, the original was released in 1978. This one is a "Test Pressing".  Cover is VG+. Non original inner sleeve. Vinyl has plenty of original gloss. Clean labels. Spindle marks on side 2, none on side 1. Light surface noise. 1 light pop in Good Times..., 1 pop in Dontcha Stop..., 5 pops in Youre All I Got(about a third in)..., and 1 pop in All Mixed Up(about 2/3 in)... Still this album sounds Great!! I rate this album between a VG+ and a strong VG. Side 1 - NM, side 2 VG strong. There is one other listed, as of now. The Non Test Pressing version is worth $30 in NM condition per Goldmine. They do not list this version. So I am not sure of the rarity, or value.  I came up with these ratings, per the Goldmine Price Guide. This goes as is with NO RETURNS. USA bidders only.
