Hyper rare library on the Flirt LIbrary label out of Italy, I;ve only ever heard one other LP from the label, Umiliani's "Disagio Sociale" completely different, but both are very high quality tunes! This is more in the 60's psych vein, some awesome tracks! Cover is EX with the lamination bubbling slightly (which is pretty common for these old laminated covers) and the vinyl looks NM but plays with a little noise, so I'll call is EX, but a good cleaning will make it play mint! Good luck on bagging this rare piece of library psych!

The following is my grading chart, I try to be as accurate as possible, +/- indicates slightly better or worse than the given grade:
M (mint) Sealed records only
M- (mint minus) Opened but perfect looking
NM (near mint) Beautiful LP, may have a sleeve scuff
EX (Excellent) a few scuffs, maybe a click or two
VG (very good) Some scratches, surface noise, perhaps some feelable marks, still a very listenable record
