Produced by Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys!   The record is in VG+ condition... a solid record... The labels are in good condition with a pen mark/stickers from the radio station... (see pictures for up-close condition) The record and labels were visually graded It comes with the Warner Bros. record sleeve 
This was obtained from the personal collection of Chicago record producer  

and renowned blues bass player…  “Righthand” Frank Bandy

 This was purchased in January of 2019 from Frank’s widow.
