THE CLASH LONDON CALLING UK 1ST PRESS CBS 1979, S CLASH 3 1979 on CBS Records label.

VINYL IS IN MINT MINUS CONDITION CANT SEE ANY MARKS OR SCATCHES ON ANY OF THE 4 SIDES.

MATRIX NUMBERS ARE : side 1 CL 1-2 A1 CBS-S CLASH-3A scratched on dead wax with timtom in smaller writing. Side 2 CL 1 2 B1 CBS-S CLASH-3B timtom. Side 3 CL 3 4 A2 CBS-S CLASH-3-C2 timtom. Side 4 CL 3 4 B3 CBS-S CLASH-D3 and has “track 5 is train in vain” also etched into the deadwax on this last side as this last track is not credited on the sleeve or label.

The labels are white/cream CBS with made in England printed on each side and all rights etc around the rim. There is no writing on any label and the spindles are mark-free so mint condition.

Side 1 and 2 housed in a lyric sleeve for with words, pictures and credits for with CBS-CLASH 3 CL1/2 as well as “All songs published by riva music etc …” printed on side. Side 3 and 4 is housed in white “Made in England” sleeve but the lyrics photos and credits for side 3 &4 are on a separate 11inch x 11 inch sheet (lyrics, photos and credits printed on both sides of the sheet). This is how I purchased it in 1979. Lyric Sleeve and separate printed lyric sheet are both in excellent/mint minus condition.

The sleeve is correct unlaminated type and in excellent/mint minus condition with very slight rubbing of corners nothing serious all in all a great item from my collection).
