Description
The Clash - White Riot 7" original vinyl legendary debut on CBS.
Condition is good for a 34 year old single, some wear and slight tear to spine sleeve on side but obviously this is meant to be framed as I had it .
Vinyl is decent enough shape but not played it for years and don't have the means to - it played fine without skips 15-20 years ago though.
Original (not a re-print). Signed by the legendary frontman Joe Strummer and influential guitarist Mick Jones, addressed to me (Mike!), obviously this limits the scope for some, but if you share my name it's probably the best bit of Clash memorabilia you could own or a great Xmas present for a Clash fan.
I got it signed after a Joe Strummer gig in Brixton in 2000, it was great seeing the two old friends together laughing and joking. Wish they had done a song together that night but it was an amazing set anyway. I do not have a COA for this as it was obtained personally but will also include the ticket from the gig and any expert inspection is welcome.
I swore I would never sell this and have proudly displayed it for years but I've just lost my job and really need the money.
