All my records always receive a thorough cleaning with D4 cleaning fluid and velvet cleaning brush before playing.  I have played most of them only once are twice. I transfer them to another medium for playing. Most of those which were purchased used were in better than Good condition when I bought them.  I do not sell records in less than Good condition.  No records, CDs or Cassettes are listed without careful examination, playing through and listening for any skips, 'clicks', and surface noise.  Price comparisons are made on eBay for records, CDs & Cassettes in comparable condition.  Goldmine and Jerry Osborne's price guides are also sources of comparison for price.  A 'fair' price estimate is determined based on decades of buying, selling, trading and collecting recorded music... then reduced by 20-40 % based on condition of recording and packaging for targeting the eBay listed price of each item.  This process takes time but assures fair pricing of all my listings.

There was one comparable recent VG listing of  VG+/VG ATCO THE COASTERS Yellow  Harp Label Deep Groove LP as described in this listing on eBay with a Buy It Now price of $ 250.00. Jerry Osborne lists this album in NM condition with a BIN of $ 75 - $ 100.  Goldmine lists it with a BIN of $ 300.00.  My VG+/VG listing is priced to move accordingly at $ 28.40... which is 40% below the average condition adjusted price of The Goldmine And Jerry Osborne NM BIN prices and the one eBay comparable listing.  Or, if you prefer to bid, bidding starts at $ 14.20.

All my records come in a heavy plastic outer sleeve and are shipped outside the jacket to protect it from wear in shipment.  All items are carefully packed, protected with packing materials where needed, and appropriately stamped and marked as fragile and do not bend.  I only use USPS Media Mail shipping for domestic shipments and First Class Mail International unless buyer preferences are communicated to seller with buyer payment for additional cost.  On occasion I may upgrade to Priority Mail for multi-item shipments depending on the additional cost and the value of the shipment.  Also, I may pay for insurance for more valuable shipments if I think it is prudent for seller protection.
