This is a great R&B/DooWop 45rpm by The Cognac's.  This 45 plays Very Good ++ on both sides.   There are no skips.  The Roulette Promo label is in VG++ shape and comes with a Roulette paper sleeve.

I clean my 45's with the Spin-Clean Record Washer System and listen to my 45's before I put them onto Ebay.  I will only sell 45's that are in very good to near mint condition and have a very good to near mint sound to them; just they way I would want my 45's to sound like.
