Description

This wonderful LP has been issued many times.....This is the original release on The Beat's " Go Feet " label, not the later release marketed by Arista. Catalogue number BEAT 2 and issued at the discount price of just £2.89 in January 1981.  Recorded at the legendary Black Ark Studios, produced by The Congos and mixed by Lee " Scratch " Perry.  The cover is graded as VG.... I accidentally made a couple marks on it while doing this listing which have caused some indents on the back ( see last two pictures), the record was issued with a sticker which I removed at the time and it has removed a little bit of the sleeve laminate, only noticeable in certain light,  The record is visually graded as VG+ with one tiny surface mark on Side 2 ( not affecting play ) both labels are clean and mark free.  The record plays without any faults.
