Description
This is New York City R&B group, The Crows, singing "Gee" and "I Love You So" on Rama 5 from 1954. This doo wop record was actually recorded in 1953 but did not chart until 1954 when it reached # 2 on the R&B charts and # 14 on the pop charts. This record looks VG++ with minor surface markings and plays VG++ with light background noise. This is the original first pressing on the blue Rama label with the silver print. The matrix numbers are 45-RR-6 and 45-RR-7. A mint copy of this record books for $75 to $ 80. This record comes in a clear, poly-vinyl protective sleeve. This record is generally considered to be the first doo wop record to sell 1,000,.000 copies.
