Description
I bought this from a record fair a while back. it's a clear vinyl 7" with 'at night' (not to be confused with the later song of the same name) which is the first known version of 'a forest'. it was recorded in paris in 1979. the sound quality is excellent and it's great to hear this in its original form. if you look on youtube you can find this version which is from a vhs tape but the start is missing and there is a noticeable blip in the recording, both of which don't appear on the 7".
on the flip side is the 1978 peel session version of 'killing an arab' which, in my opinion is better than the original single release.
it comes in a black sleeve and is in great condition and has only been played a couple of times. for a bootleg it's excellent and is a great addition to any collection.
