The outer sleeve is in excellent condition, with some creasing and some edge / corner wear. 

I have only played the record a couple of times since purchase, including once to check it before listing it. It is in very good condition, with some noticeable background surface noise (especially in quiet sections, like between tracks) and several "clicks".

This record has been looked after carefully since purchase.
