The Cure-Songs Of A Lost World Glow Picture Disc Vinyl-Numbered-Blood Records Ed
Songs Of A Lost World is the long-awaited new album from The Cure, their 14th studio release and their first in 16 years, pressed to glow-in-the-dark cut-out picture disc with heat sensitive thermochromic sleeve, limited to 6,000 units. Songs Of A Lost World was written and arranged by Robert Smith, produced and mixed by Robert Smith and Paul Corkett and performed by The Cure - Robert Smith: Voice / guitar / 6string bass / keyboard, Simon Gallup: Bass, Jason Cooper: Drums / percussion, Roger O'Donnell: Keyboard, Reeves Gabrels: Guitar. The album was recorded at Rockfield Studios in Wales. Robert Smith created the sleeve concept, and Andy Vella, a long-time Cure collaborator, handled the album's art and design. The cover art features 'Bagatelle', a 1975 sculpture by Janez Pirnat.
Please note that heat sensitive thermo-chromatic sleeves can vary in affect based on the temperature of the environment they are placed in and also body temperature.
I took pics of this one a little after I put my hand on it which is why my handprint is a little less bright but it works just as well.
This one is numbered 5,376. It has never been played. I just took pictures of it and then instantly put it in a plastic cover to keep it safe until purchase.
Let me know if you have any questions. I am not someone who is going to keep lowering and lowering the price, I mostly just forget, so if you’re interested just make me an offer! I am very open to reasonable offers so message me! Thanks!
