Grading is done as follows:

If item includes cover or picture sleeve, sleeve is graded first as follows:

REFUND POLICY:
All items are guaranteed to be represented by grades described above. Should a buyer feel the item received does not meet the stated description, a full refund including return postage will be provided. Buyer has 14 days from date received to return. Buyer must first contact seller to make arrangement for return shipment. Refunds will be made only after return shipment to, and re-inspection by the seller. Items mishandled by USPS will be reviewed accordingly thank you very much!

Tracking # provided for all domestic orders. For foreign shipments that are delayed, I will be glad to supply the customs form number for your parcel as proof that it has been shipped.
