The Damned - Damned Damned Damned Vinyl LP Record First Press Stiff 1977 EX/EX.
Probably a low starting price. I have absolutely no idea what this record is worth.
Great condition for age. Stored for much of it's life in a poly vinyl cover.
The cover is particularly great for having very few edge creases.
Bit of crackle will probably be heard between tracks or in quieter bits (of which there are not many) and could probably benefit from a deeper clean than I have ever been prepared to perform (I velvet brush them only). No jumps or deep, repetitive scratches and no warp. Sound quality is definitely on the well above average side for preowned records of this age.
Remember kids: If it ain't Stiff, it ain't worth a F....
P. S. 'Luxury' 180gm vinyl is a con. Probably because all the state of the art pressing plants were scrapped in the 90's, or something. Mine is the real deal. It's how lightweight, durable and resilient vinyl record technology ever evolved to be. I bet the 180's are done on old, old, recommissioned vintage machinery and they lost the formula for decent vinyl so they use what 78's, or something, were pressed on (pure speculation, by the way but I do know that it's just a con to flog reissues, I know mine is a proper vinyl record and that they are abominable approximations). I find that most remasters ain't really 'all that', either.
