I have owned this record since new and played it once when recording both A & B side to a TDK SA and then put it away in a singles box and therefore both side A and B play without any issues whatsoever.
The picture sleeve has a few creases and a small tear at the top of the sleeve the reverse of the sleeve has an age related water mark as does the centre of the label of the B Side.
One chance to own the record that started it all in the UK.
