Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: The Darkness - Permission to Land – RARE Original UK Vinyl LP album 2003.
Original 2003 UK Pressing.
SIGNED / AUTOGRAPHED on the front by The Darkness.
I purchased this record a number of years ago from someone who met the band at an instore signing at Virgin Megastores in Glasgow at the time of the albums release in 2003. They did a little set of music and then signed albums. The vinyl itself is incredibly sought after now so to have the signitures as well is really lovely.
Please don't ask for offers, buy it now's or price reductions as I will not respond to any of these requests. I will happily keep this wonderful album if I don't at least get the starting price.

Vinyl Condition: VG (Some light sleeve rubs and light sleeve lines from the card inner but nice condition and playback. There is a very small mark at the start of side 1 which causes a few minor clicks at the start of the first track but nothing major. There are a few light wispy scratches from the sleeve but overall a nice condition record. Very nice playback and very nice sound. No sticks or jumps. Amazing album).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG/EX
Outer Sleeve Condition: VG (Some light edge and corner wear & creasing but very nice overall condition for its age).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
