description Details

BURN IT DOWN is a powerful tour de force, a tornado of pounding drums, pulverizing bass, screeching guitars and raw vocals. Highlighting the best of '70s rock, with moments from Birmingham s Best and infused with the early works of Boston s Finest,' Burn It Down 'will do just that: burn everything down its way until nothing is left.

Recorded in Nashville with Marti Frederiksen as producer, the band finished their fourth studio album Burn It Down in December, with Anthony Focx doing the mix again and mastering legend Howie Weinberg doing his magic.

John Corabi about the new album:

'I'm really looking forward to our new album BURN IT DOWN! It was a pleasure to work with Marti Frederiksen and the band again on the album which I think is the next big step on The Dead Daisies journey. This is an old school rock album! Enjoy it and see you on our big world tour 2018 !!!! Peace, Crabby '

Doug Aldrich puts it in a nutshell:

'The new Daisies album will melt your face! It's raw and straightforward with a whole new sound! '

With Deen Castronovo, who joined the band's line-up while recording the new album, The Dead Daisies now consist of: Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake, Dio), John Corabi (Mötley Crüe, The Scream), Marco Mendoza (Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy), Deen Castronovo (Bad English, Journey) and David Lowy (Red Phoenix, Mink).

One thing is certain: within a short period of time, The Dead Daisies have made a big impression on the rock scene and managed to get something that every band desires, but only so few have: HARD CORE FANS! They love the daisies and the daisies love them!

Rock is really alive and well !!!

about us

Our founding year 1998 - long after vinyl was declared dead and long before vinyl was hailed as a cool thing again - proves that we are real vinyl nerds. We only started out as a small record dealer from home. Later we opened our first real record store and of course our own online shop. Everything with passion and always with the motto: SAVE THE VINYL. What is not available online can be found in our store in Übersee, Frühlingsweg 22. Overseas? Yes. Übersee Am Chiemsee. Right on the A8 motorway, between Munich and Salzburg. Here you will also find a fine range of second-hand vinyl.
We also have a large selection of equipment from many manufacturers. Simply everything you need for vinyl ...
