This is a sealed copy.  Dated 2007 on the back of sleeve.  The record label is out of stock on these so you can only get them through whatever copies are left in circulation.  One corner of the cardboard sleeve is not perfect (see photo) but other then that, this is in excellent condition, and it is still sealed, never been played.
