Limited Edition box set, contains 16 page booklet, digital download card of the complete collection and Nine 10" colored records. Vinyl colors match their respective EPs in the collection: Black, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet and White.
This is the third pressing of the The Color Spectrum, and went up for sale on June 26th, 2017. It was limited to 1000 copies.
I bought this from their website shortly after it went on sale. The records have never been played.
The third photo is included to show that there is a hole in the plastic wrap, and that the wrap has been opened on the sides. It is not in frayed shape aside from this close up area which can also be seen in the second photo.
All discs are in extremely good condition, aside from the Blue disc which has a close up photo of a small surface scratch. I would be surprised if this affects play.
No spine wear present on any vinyl sleeves. The booklet is in flawless condition as well - no corner dings.
I included a photo of the inside of the packaging for shipping so you can see I did pack it well. I will include at least $400 worth of insurance with shipping via UPS.
The only other two Color Spectrum vinyl box sets for sale are of the first pressing which has transparent vinyl records. This is of the later pressing where the records are clearly opaque.
Discogs has 6 copies of the opaque pressing for sale, with one being in worse shape than this one. That person is asking $333 total. The other one second cheapest to that is in the same condition as mine here and they're asking $390 total.
The only other copy of this pressing able to be seen under the sold items category on eBay right now sold for $510 total.
