Description
Ok, getting very hard to find, especially in this playing condition. The Doors records have seen a marked increase in value of the last three years. I follow the market closely as a I am a Doors disciple. Also selling other Doors records including the full set of 1st issue UK singles (including the ultra rare Break on Through!!). More listings to follow.
Cover easily merits an EX grading, intact, vibrant, and ultra clean.
This record looks and plays wonderful. Side 1 vinyl condition by eye is Ex as a minimum, only a limited handful of light marks under intense light. Playback/Audio is at least EX, No sticks/skips, minimal background where any. Side1 Label is a gorgeous orange and rates VG+, light ink by a Perry which may well be removable with care. Otherwise EX with minimum spindle trails. Gorgeous sheen to the vinyl. Sounds awesome too. Side 2 vinyl condition by eye is -Ex with only a limited handful of light marks under intense light, and one more obvious mark at the tail end of The End (aptly enough) and into the run out (see 3rd picture for your convenience). The latter causes a few pops towards the end but does not stick/jump during play. Playback/Audio is EX, No sticks/skips, minimal background where any. Side 2 Label is a gorgeous orange and rates Ex, with minimum spindle trails. Gorgeous sheen to the vinyl. Sounds awesome too.
