The Doors Jim Morrison An American Prayer US White Label Promo w/book and hype stickers NM-/EXC

This is the post mortem album of Jim Morrison’s spoken word recordings with backing music by the Doors released in 1978. This is an original US white label promo in phenomenal condition.

The vinyl looks like it may have never been played, and the few and very faint hairlines are without a doubt the result of the generic blank paper sleeve it’s been sitting in four decades. I just placed it in a brand new plastic inner sleeve to prevent any more hairlines. There is some very minor dust on it, which after a quick clean should be no issue. The labels look phenomenal and I don’t see any spindle wear. No signs of any warping. If it were not for the hair lines from the paper inner or the dust I would have graded this NM or M.

The sleeve is EXC. It feature both promo stickers on the cover in good condition. The spine looks great and is entirely legible and clean. Corners look great, EXC. Original booklet inside the gatefold in great condition with very faint staining. Sleeve may have been NM- were it not for the subtle ring wear on the top of the front and back cover and some yellowing at the inner spine of the gatefold. Comes inside of a new outer plastic sleeve.
