Description
Up for auction today is the Doors L A Woman 2012 Analogue productions 45 RPMs 2LP set on 180 . I have had a few of these analogue Productions Doors LPs , Self Titled and Soft Parade and this one all of these albums are on high end quality quiet vinyl and the dynamics is superb . Better than overrated MOFI and I should know through the years have had the entire catalogue from the first one to the last one produced before the bankruptcy in I believe 1999.Also the best 1irst pressing of the Doors catalogue for sound quality is L A Woman so it stands to reason this Lp would be the best sounding of the analogue Productions . Loaded with the best Doors tracks in their 6 year run including ,Love Her Madly ,Been Down So Long ,The Wasp(Texas Radio And The Big Beat)The Title Track, and the absolute best Doors track of all IMO, Riders On The Storm. Which also happens to be the last song they ever recorded. The 1972 cupellation double LP Weird Scenes Inside The Goldmine is a 1st issue and the vinyl is in beautiful condition . I purchased this album in 1972 some 53 years ago and one of the most eclectic selection of tracks put on vinyl. like, the aforementioned Riders On The Storm ,Break On Through ,Ship Of Fools ,Strange Days ,When The Music's Over ,Five to One, Running Blue Take It As It Comes ,and the really strange (You Need Meat) Don't Go No Further. Interestingly, it does not include the strangest track they ever recorded , The End. Both LPs for one bid.
