Description

The Doors Self Titled Debut First Album 1967 - MONO - Excellent. The cover is Stereo but the album itself is the rare unique mono pressing Elektra EKL-4007. This was purchased in 1967 by a friend of mine who took care of his records and only played them with a quality stylus. When he upgraded many years ago he gave it to me. I put it in a plastic sleeve and maybe played it twice. I would guess it was only played a handful of times. The cover is very nice with minimal ring wear. Tough to find in this condition. There are a few scratches on the front from my cat Fluffy. The vinyl itself has just a few light scuffs. With a cleaning it might look near mint.
