Description
The Extremely Rare Gold 1st Pressing of The Soft Parade is up for auction. This album includes many songs written by Robby Krieger. His song Touch Me was the break away hit from this album. This album is definitely underrated, and it is a very solid LP from the Doors. This particular album is the 1st pressing from 1969 on the gold label. The matrix number on the dead wax is EKS 75005 AL. The vinyl is in Very Good Minus condition. Both sides of the album have a decent amount of light paper scuffs and light hairline scratches. The LP also has a very mild warp. The warp does not affect the playback, but the the scratches/scuffs allow a light amount of listening feedback. The feedback is not major and doesn't overpower your listening experience. The labels are in super shape, they just have a very light amount of spindle marks. This LP also comes with the original inner sleeve that contains all of the lyrics. The inner sleeve is in great shape. The album cover has a very light amount of ring wear. The ring wear is slightly more noticeable on the backside. All four corners have some rounding and the top right corner has a very small crease. The seams and spine have a fair amount of wear. The top seam has the most wear. The spine labeling is completely legible. The Album cover does not have any splits. The back of the album cover has some light staining on the bottom right side. The gatefold is in great shape and looks very nice. The vinyl has been cleaned and is ready for playing or storage. Please let me know if you have any questions. I do not ship outside of the United States. I can combine shipping for multiple auction wins. Bid with Confidence!
