The Doors Waiting For The Sun 12" LP

This listing is for a RARE 12" LP of Waiting For The Sun by The Doors. What makes this so rare is it is an original Dutch release (1968).

When the album was released in 1968, it was of course titled Waiting For The Sun. However, upon trying to release the album in The Netherlands, the Dutch didn't approve of the album title due to there being no song on the LP by that name (the song Waiting For The Sun is on the album Morrison Hotel).

Elektra then had to change the name of the LP to Hello, I Love You (as you can see from the picture). Slight differnences on the front cover being the visable track listing and a cherub angel on the band photo.

I have been visiting record faires for the better side of 15 years and this is the only copy I have ever seen. Hours on the internet researching and I was able to find information on the item but I have NEVER seen one for sale.

The item is in good condition, for a 40 year old record, and has been stored by myself for over 10 years.
