SHIPPING DISCOUNTS:
Please wait for your invoice if you have won multiple items because I will need to calculate the shipping discount.

Problems and complaints:
You should always contact me first and I will try to solve whatever rare problems might arise, together with you.
Any refunds or claims for damage will have to come from my pocket.

Refunds:
I refund where I have made a mistake in the listing such as: Wrong item, item not as described, etc. I do not refund for accidental damage or loss in transit.

Returns:
If there is a fault that I have not mentioned, I will refund the entire purchase including all postal charges (but please ask me 1st, if I want the item returned!)
If you change your mind or simply no longer wish to have the item, I will charge for all postal services and return only the purchase price on return of item.

Feedback:
Here's what eBay don't tell you: What you say in your feedback is almost irrelevant. The 'Star system' of feedback rating is not made clear. Anything less than a 4 star rating in any category creates a 'black mark' against the seller which eBay use to lower the amount of items I am allowed to sell, or further bans. If you feel I do not deserve a 4 or 5, please contact me and I will find a way to make you happy. I always leave feedback for buyers after I know you're happy with the item(s).
