Notes on rear sleeve includes these credits:

"..by the time they get all the wiring hooked up, and start rapping, Neal Cassady with a microphone inside the hall - introducing KEN KEEEEE-ZEEEEEE it is about 4 A.M. ... Kesey [Ken Kesey] there ... with an electric guitar ... rapping poetry into the microphone... Assisting Ken from the gym were Hugh Romney and Wavy Gravy (voices); Dale Kesey (violin); Jerry [Jerry Garcia] (guitar and organ); and Steve Newman (8), Ken Babbs, and Mountain Girl (2) (engineers). That's Jerry and Mountain Girl on the back cover."
