Description

As a picky audiophile, I have owned and enjoyed this rare Strata-East lp for many years. Having purchased it used, I have only played it on higher-end turntable and cartridge combinations ... right now as I post this listing, while listening, a Denon DL-301mkII low output MC cart.  The vinyl appearance is clean, shiny and gloss black. I hesitate to assign grades, but as a VG+, there are some minor light scratches on both sides. The few low volume ticks are generally not heard except between songs.  In a never vacuum cleaned condition, I will describe what I am hearing. Vocals, guitar strings, percussion and all instrumentation is strong, loud, clear, airy and beautiful with my tube amp .... a GREAT recording!  The album cover itself, is bright white and shiny with exception of some minor discoloration near the open edge. I doubt there is a better looking cover out there. There are no torn edges or badly dinged corners .... a beautifully conditioned album cover for a record from 1974. If you are in the NC area, you are possibly welcomed to come by for a listen. Otherwise, please do not bid unless serious and can accept my honest description above.  Overseas shipping will of course, cost more. Thank you for looking.
