Record condition:  GOOD, both sides have minor surface scratches (type associated with sleeve to vinyl friction) but they do not hinder play.

Comes with First Steps Pink insert (see 2nd photo)

Sleeve Condition: GOOD, Sleeve overall has vinyl imprints and minor edge-wear. Sleeve has 2 punched holes which indicate the record's deleted status.Front cover has a minor stain.  HOWEVER this minor damage does not blemish the class, character and uniqueness of this all time classic record.

The First Steps first 7inch. And for good reasons The Beat Is Back have been comped on one of the best compilation series ever: Back To Front.

This band released two classic singles, this one in 1979 and the other a year later. The band owned the ‘English Rose’ label themselves and released both singles on this label.
