The rare Houston, Texas Psych 45 from the Fanatics on Gina 1118.
Songs are I Will Not Be Lonely & Be Mine.
An amazing record, very difficult to find from the Texas psych period, this record was released prior to the bands move to Hickory under the Neil Ford and the Fanatics fame.
Record condition - both sides sound great strong VG's on both - with a professional cleaning - probably a VGplus - great record and fidelity. I Will Not Be Lonely - is that great Psychedelic sound with fuzz guitars - with the Be Mine side a little more 60's pop. Labels look nice, a little bit of staining - check the picture. A great record and pretty darn hard to find.
A very hard and difficult record to find - don't let it get it away.
