The Flying Pickets Live at Albany Empire 1982

The vinyl is from a handful of records left to me from someone's collection. I was informed that a small quantity of the records received had some minor water/condensation damage whilst in storage. This caused some warping/stainage to some areas of sleeves (including outer/inner sleeves). Vinyls were not affected in any way.
This particular sleeve has some warping to the area around the lower right corner and areas of the open end. The vinyl is in excellent condition. Please read full description and see gallery images for further condition details.
This vinyl was one of a few that have been signed but members of the band. The Flying pickets changed members frequently over the years so you will have to see pictures as to which members signed this particular record. It seems to have been signed many years ago and by some of the earlier founding members. The inner sleeve with signatures was fortunately kept mainly intact from the water damage and whilst it has wrinkled in areas, there is only one signature that has been affected causing blotching to the pen marking (lower right corner). All other signatures are intact. Full description is detailed further down page.

I used to work in the Dance basement of a well known London record store in the early 2000's. I built up quite an extensive record collection from the mid 90's, many of which I have sold over the years. I am now clearing out the remainder of my collection. I try to be as honest as possible with grading vinyls and over the years have never had any issue with a record sold. I don't have turntables anymore so have no way of playing these hence why I have decided to sell remaining records. I graded the majority of these when I had turntables. Where I haven't previously graded vinyls I have graded based on the surface appearance and sleeve appearance using eyesight. All records have been safely stored away in record boxes and have been cleaned at least once. Before each sale, I do re-clean records if required using one of the leading record cleaning solutions.
Condition: Very good plus / Excellent The actual vinyl is in excellent condition with minimal play over the years. The outside and inner sleeve have been affected by some water damage which has caused some discoloration to areas...the appearance is that of a light coffee stained colour but is more than likely the ageing of the actual sleeve. The water damage wasn't severe but has given the sleeve a slightly unattractive warping to the open ended area and parts of the lower right side. (Please view gallery images)
The issues described above are purely cosmetic and do not affect the inner vinyl in any way. The inner protective sleeve area with signatures did received some of the water staining which has left some wrinkling to areas of the surface but the signatures are 90% intact and unaffected with no issues. There is only one affected signature to lower right side (blue writing) due to the type of marker pen used, which has caused it to become blotchy. It is still however legible.
