Description

The Freak Scene-Psychedelic Psoul lp vinyl record. This is a 1st stereo pressing on Columbia from 1967. The cover is a transitional mono cover with a stereo sticker. The record looks rough but plays ok.

Cover: VG

Looks mostly fine. The front looks great! Thick solid sleeve. Some light ringwear. Stereo label sticker applied over mono cover.  Light seam wear. The worst part is some stains in the back. Not terrible. No splits. No writing. No tape.

Record: G+

Record is full of superficial scuffs and scratches. A few lightly feelable marks. It does look a bit rough. However it plays fine. Lots of presence! Music comes through.  There is some crackling throughout most of the album. Not overpowering, but it is there. Some tics and a few loud pops. No skips. No loops. Sounds better than you would expect. Clean labels.

RARE AND ESSENTIAL PSYCH ALBUM FROM 1967. VERY FAR OUT! Freeform and experimental. The second album of The Deep, now calling themselves The Freak Scene. Strongly recommend!
