The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan.
Very early UK pressed CBS Records mono LP, BPG 62193.
Matrices etc:Side One:
62193-3A-1 / 0 (9 o'clock) / B7 (6 o'clock)
Side Two:62193 1B 1 / 0 (9 o'clock) / B11 (6 o'clock)
Rough textured orange paper labels with black print.
Speed is printed as "33" and not "33 1/3".
Vinyl in strong excellent plus condition. Just a few spider trace marks visible at centre spindle areas. Surfaces have a rich and bright gloss and are free of any marks save for two or three of the lightest of superficial paper scuffs, only one of which is slightly more immediately visible. Appears little and carefully played.
Playback is superb throughout. Clean and bright and without underlying background noise. Notably the run-ins are nice and quiet. Just the odd and very infrequent isolated static pop here and there commensurate with an LP of nearly 50 years vintage which I have not attempted to clean (see notes below).
Labels are clean and undefaced.
Sleeve also in very clean condition. Laminated front still has a really good appearance with just a few minor pinch marks to laminate, and the merest touches of a storage ringwear impression. No creases. Tips and seams in especially clean and unworn condition, spine is superb. Entry side has just the lightest of dinking, but is still crisp and not feathered. Rear has three visible backflaps. On the whole rear is clean although with a little age darkening near entry side and some scrape marks to top centre area. All text is still legible however. Backflaps all clean and intact.
All in all a nice copy of this LP, and a tough copy to upgrade, especially as a very early pressing.

A Note On Grading:Note that audio grading is subjective and based on sensitivity of equipment used for playback. In this instance playback has been tested on a vintage Technics Quartz Direct Drive SL1700 MKII turntable with Shure cartridge, Technics SU-C 03 amp and Technics SB-F2 Linear Phase speakers.
Also note that I generally do not clean vinyl unless so noted. Most vinyl will show improved playback quality with your preferred cleaning method, but I leave this to the prospective buyer, as controversy still surrounds the ideal method of cleaning vinyl. Instances of crackle near the beginning of sides can often be improved with cleaning, as these areas of the vinyl surfaces are the most prone to debris from handling.
