Description
A very clean example with nice Blue labels. This is the original and first UK (Orlake pressing) on Coxsone.
Vinyl is shiny with a few sleeve removal marks and light lines, some pressing waves and light scuffs that have little to no affect on play. I've graded it VG. It plays better.
There is only one small scratch I can see. It's been cleaned so playback is pretty great with the odd light pop & crackle in quiet bits. Overall well worth the VG grade.There's a little bit of surface noise on B1 and B2 but I think it's more to do with the mastering and pressing.
The sleeve is very strong with just some age related marks & foxing on the rear and some slight spidering in the laminate on the edge. A minor corner dink too. See the pictures. Hopefully that says it all.
I'm not one of these people that have special grades for Reggae. "It's Reggae so therefore it's mint!".
You can see for yourself in the pics how clean it is and they are not easy to find let alone in nice condition. I may regret selling this but I just don't play it as much as the follow up Rocksteady with The Gaylads so it's available.
