Hands down, one of the greatest punk records... EVER!!! In my opinion, this is the Germs best release. Extremely rare, and a must have!!!
Original first pressing: matrix reads "SCAM 101A L.A. DECLARES WAR" and "SCAM 101B IT'S MASTER'S NOISE". Unfortunately, I'm missing the sleeve with this copy.
The record is VG++ (I do not grade a record NM or M-, unless it's unplayed!!! The highest grade I'll give a record is VG++)
