This is an original 1978 unfolded 45 RPM pink sleeve for theThe Germs Lexicon Devil single. It features the iconic Pat Smear from the Foo Fighters and is a must-have for any vinyl record collector. The sleeve is in great shape and would make a perfect addition to your music collection. This item is a rare find and is a great addition to any collection. Please see pictures for details. Not many of these unfolded unused sleeves exist and this excellent of shape, super rare find! There was some light hitting a couple of pictures, so some pictures show more in the light then a couple others. Theres a slight light crease..but not a fold across the middle.
